Frank Fuselier has managed the legal affairs of Gateway Energy Services since 2007, and has practiced law for more than 13 years. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fuselier was an Assistant General Counsel at Ingersoll-Rand Company, having legal responsibility for its worldwide mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance transactions. Mr. Fuselier also advised Ingersoll-Rand on corporate governance, stockholder relations, securities compliance, and commercial contracts. Prior to Ingersoll-Rand, Mr. Fuselier worked for the law firms Mayer, Brown & Platt and Bingham McCutchen LLP.
Mr. Fuselier earned his degree from Columbia Law School, and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Villanova University.
